Perched on the rooftop of Riad Sa'eed, our restaurant offers a dining experience that transcends the ordinary. As the sun sets behind the Atlas Mountains, the terrace transforms into an intimate theatre of flavour and light.

Our chef draws from centuries of Moroccan culinary tradition, reimagining classic dishes with a contemporary sensibility. Each plate is a dialogue between ancestral recipes and modern presentation, crafted with locally sourced ingredients from the souks and farms of the region.

From fragrant tagines slow-cooked in earthenware to delicate pastries filled with almond cream, every dish tells a story of this extraordinary land.
